Veteran : so I picked up a quadcore processor, now I'm running the game at 80fps from the 12-14 before, thats one hell of a difference.
=fk=Spartakus : Guys, make sure you keep grabbing the latest video drivers, and the Nvidia beta drivers work wonders.
=fk=Mike : And the funny thing is people on a dual core and older gpu system seem to run it fine. Ive tried everything to help my friend but it all boils down to the game itself needing to be fixed. good luck bud. my origin name is idiotsavant79
=fk=Mike : Joe one of my friends is having problems too even though he meets all of the recommended requirements for the game. Ive been reading into it and a lot of people with really high end systems are having trouble too. Hoping a patch will fix some of these issues.
Veteran : Hey all, picked up BF3 but it runs terrible on my system. From what I've read the game is really cpu intense and dedicates a whole core just for sound procesing so a quad-core cpu is a must. I know some people were leary about picking it up so keep that in mind.
